What we collect, and what we do with it.

Growthly Agency FZE is the controller of the personal data described here. We are based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

For anything in this notice, including a request about your own data, write to privacy@growthly.ae.

When you use the contact form we receive the fields you fill in: your name, your work email address, optionally your company, the topic you select, and the message you write. Nothing else on the site asks you for information.

Our hosting provider also records standard server logs for every request, including your IP address, the page requested, and your browser user agent. These are generated automatically by the infrastructure and are used to keep the site running and secure.

To read your enquiry and reply to it, and to keep a record of the conversation if it becomes a client relationship. We do not use what you send for marketing lists, we do not profile you, and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

The basis for this processing is that you contacted us and asked for a response. If you would rather we did not hold the message, say so and we will delete it.

Two service providers process data on our behalf, and only for the purposes above:

• Vercel hosts this website and generates the server logs described above.
• Resend delivers the contact form message to our inbox as an email.

Both operate internationally, so your data may be processed on servers outside the United Arab Emirates. We do not share personal data with anyone else unless we are legally required to.

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party scripts or fonts from other domains. There is nothing to consent to and no banner to dismiss, because there is nothing tracking you.

Enquiries stay in our inbox for as long as the conversation is useful, and are deleted when it is not. If an enquiry becomes a client engagement, the correspondence is retained for as long as the business relationship and any legal record-keeping obligation require. Server logs are retained on a short rolling window by the hosting provider.

Under Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data of yours we hold
• give you a copy of it in a portable form
• correct anything that is wrong
• delete it
• stop or restrict how we use it
• object to a particular use

Write to privacy@growthly.ae and we will respond. There is no charge. If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you can complain to the UAE Data Office.

The site is served over HTTPS. The contact form posts to our own endpoint, which validates the submission and passes it straight to email. There is no database behind this website, so enquiries are not stored here.

If we change how any of this works we will update this page and the date at the top. This version replaces any earlier one.
