A small studio for work that is hard to hand off.
Growthly Agency FZE is licensed and based in Dubai, working with companies across the Gulf, Europe and North America. We stay small on purpose: the people you meet are the people who do the work.
We started because the two halves of this work kept getting split between people who could not talk to each other.
Growth teams were writing copy about a product they could not change. Engineering teams were shipping capability nobody could find. And the AI work, which was supposed to be the differentiator, sat in a notebook because no one had built the surface around it.
Growthly exists to hold all three. We run acquisition, build the platform, and write the AI systems underneath, with one lead accountable for whether the numbers move. That only works at small scale, so we take a limited number of engagements and turn down work that needs a bigger machine than ours.
Dubai is the base and the licence. The work is international by default, and the team runs in whatever time zone the client is shipping in.
How we take work on.
- Senior only, two to four people
- Everyone on an engagement writes code or runs campaigns themselves. No account layer, no junior delivery team behind the pitch.
- One accountable lead per client
- The person in the kickoff owns the outcome and is reachable directly for the length of the engagement.
- We write the constraint down first
- Before any build, you get a short document naming what we think is actually limiting the business, and what we will do about it.
- Everything ships into your accounts
- Your repositories, your cloud, your ad accounts, your analytics. Handover is not a separate project.
- Evaluation is part of delivery
- AI work arrives with a test suite and thresholds attached, so quality stays a number after we leave.
- A limited number of engagements
- We take on what the team can genuinely carry. When there is no capacity we say so rather than staffing around it.
